A faithful watchdog
or the flea that makes it scratch?
Seeking truth or blood?
Angry, in your face-
Whining, nattering, suing-
often condemning!
Shot gunning mean words,
clearly crude and destructive,
aimed just to enrage.
Questions and motions
so well timed plainly obstruct
all other matters.
Mistakes? Possibly.
Doesn’t everyone make them?
If so, not hidden.
No dishonesty.
No one even a suspect.
Only disruption!
What is there to gain?
An ego trip and sound bites?
Political hay?
